Casa Calma is ideally located in the seaside village of Panormo, on Rethymno’s north coast, just a few meters from a sandy, child-friendly beach. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, making it perfect for a relaxing, car-free holiday. Casa Calma is a newly built complex of three independent houses, each offering a private pool for exclusive use, combining comfort, privacy, and convenience by the sea.

The space

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 50” Smart TV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens directly to the outdoor terrace and the pool area.
Reaching the first floor through a staircase, you will find a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an open closet and a 32” Smart TV. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that be joined as a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with an open closet and a 32” Smart TV.
The outdoor area offers a 15 sq. m ecological swimming pool. Pool can also be heated in case of request 48 hours earlier with an extra charge 30€/day with 3 minimum days of heated.
The outdoor area offers 2 sunbeds, a sofa bed for 2 persons (new entry summer 2025) and a large shade umbrella for relaxing on the veranda with the wonderful view of the beach just a few meters away.

The villa covers 83m2 and comfortably accommodating 4 guests in beds and 5 if necessary in the sofa bed.

Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor!

Other things to note

The villa offers a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

Free public car park.

Check in without the presence of a host is available.

There is a government tax for the climate change and is collected on the arrival 15€/day.

A welcome basket with snacks and traditional local drinks.

Housekeeping service, including towel and linen change, as well as pool maintenance, every 3 to 4 days.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
