Your Booking will be on hold until Casa Calma Admin approve your booking. This may take up to 0-12 hours depending on your time zone.
This happening to prevent double booking from another platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking). In case your booking cannot be confirmed from the admin, the fully amount of your deposit will be refund.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total amount of the first payment (deposit) if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
You have set the following house rules for your guests:
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 00:00 and 08:00.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
